Cancellation Procedure:
To initiate a cancellation, kindly send an email to refund@adorebliss.in. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations via phone calls, “as a general practice.”
Cancellation Notice Period:
Up to 30-45 days before the event, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid, deducting supplier cancellation charges and GST.
For cancellations made 45 to 30 days before the event, you are entitled to a 25% refund of the total paid, deducting supplier cancellation charges and GST.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will assess it and process the refund in accordance with your contract terms or by referring to our website.
